HOCKEY REGISTRATION

August 25th & 26th
in
the Blue Room of the Kinsmen Arena.
6:00pm to 8:00pm

Please use the west Blue Room entrance. Registration will run from both days No registrations will be taken prior to this date so that everyone has an equal chance to register for power skating and conditioning camp. The cost of registration remains at $250.00 again this year. Method of payment includes cash and cheque.

We will not be excepting visa this year. You have the option of paying your registration in two payments one cheque dated for August 25th and the second dated for September 12th. We will not accept postdated cheques for Power skating or conditioning camp.

Also a late registration fee has been implemented for anyone registering after September 14th. The late fee amount is $50.00. Also there is an NSF charge of $25.00
